For my very first Mother's Day I got a Belgium waffle maker and waffle mix. They turned out perfect and were simple! I've been hunting for the perfect waffle recipe and I think we've finally found it- I don't care if it's a mix. The waffle maker makes perfect Belgium waffles too!
